We are open for shipping and actively shipping orders as schedued. Currently we ship all orders via Express Shipping Service of Kores (EMS) and standard shipping is not avaiable. [ SHIPPING ]

From J Shop deliver the safest and fastest Express Mail Service.
Shipping conditions vary by country, so please inquire before purchasing. And delivery may be delayed depending on your location.

From J Shop will make a note to you the EMS tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched.
Your signature is required when the package arrives.

[ SHIPPING to USA ]
Shipping to the US is standard shipping.
It usually takes 8-15 business days. There may be a delay depending on the situation.

[ Customs and import taxes ]
Please note that each country has it's own policies and Duties /VAT taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

To all international buyers: your country's customs office may require you to pay an import fee before they deliver your package. We are not aware of the laws from one country to the next, and we will not be responsible for those fees. Contact your customs office directly if you have specific questions about these fees. If you refuse to pay for the fees associated with your shipment, the package will be returned to our studio in Seoul by default. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you in case there was an error. However, if we cannot reach you or if you have changed your mind, we will refund your order MINUS the 30% restocking fee and shipping charge.

[ ITEMS RETURNS and EXCHANGES ]
We gladly accept cancellations.
However, please make a cancellation request asap. Because we start production immediately after confirming the customer's order for fast delivery.

Due to the customization handmade order items, can't accept returns and exchanges.

[ ITEMS PROGRESSING TIMES ]
Most orders require usually 8~10 progress business days.
However, all the work in from J shop is handmade, so there may be a delay depending on the situation.
If the work is delayed, We'll let you know.

In accordance with Duty and Customs Law from your country, your purchases could be levied on tax and we will not be responsible for those charges.

[ ITEMS RESIZING & REPAIRS ]
-Ring Resizing-
Please check the ring size chart of 'From J Shop' and confirm your correct US ring size prior to ordering rings.

√ Resizing cost is $10.
-Ring size can not be increased or decreased much.
-The size may not be adjustable depending on the design.
-Additional gold charges may apply if you increase the size.

-Post Length Replacement-
√ Resizing cost is $10.
-Additional gold charges may apply if you increase the length .
*Internally lablets cannot be replaced. Please order only the lablet pipe part.

-REPAIRS -
If defects occur, repairs are possible.
*Only item purchased within 6 months are guaranteed.
√Repair costs are free, but there may be additional costs.
√Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and reshipping.

[ CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS ]
All items are buyers can request customization, please contact us for the price and design.
Customization order can't accept return and exchange, please your reference before order.

[ Check up again confirmed address ]
Please make an order and check your confirmed address once more. My shop is not responsible for problems caused by giving us the wrong address.

[ Gift wrapping and packaging ]
All jewelry will arrive gift-wrapped and will be shipped in a rigid mailer box.Please consult with your local post office for delayed or missing packages.

Always contact us immediately in the event that your package is lost in transit. Insurance coverage is time-sensitive, so no time should be wasted if you have not received your package within the predicted window of time.

[ Lost Package ]
International lost packages
For lost parcels, we must wait 45 days (from the date the package was shipped) to file an insurance claim for international locations, as the package may still be processing through international customs. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the shipment date. If the package is in fact lost or stolen and the client did not declare the package missing within 90 days, a refund *cannot* be issued to the customer. If the customer wishes to replace the missing order, a *replacement fee* will be charged to the customer.
